The SAVEDpreneur™ Spotlight: Assata Murray, Founder of Women On A Mission
In 2017, God gave me a literal vision. I was speaking on a stage to thousands. I always saw my children, my husband, and our business. I am holding on to that vision.
In 2017, God gave me a literal vision. I was speaking on a stage to thousands. I always saw my children, my husband, and our business. I am holding on to that vision.
Having a vision means you understand God’s calling for your life, to the best of your ability, because we know in part and see in part.
Success means leaving my legacy behind. Where the generation after me taps into what I was doing and runs with it with both arms — and never lets the ball fall.
What we ask God for will eventually require something of us. Sometimes it is greater discipline, deeper obedience. Other times it is wiser stewardship, cleaner motives, or the willingness to become the person capable of carrying what we desire.
Hello SAVEDpreneur Family, Welcome back to The Weekly Roundup. We are in the final days of May and heading into June with a lot on our hearts. A NOTE FROM MALEEKA At the top of May I declared that it would be a month of miracles. And it has been.
You can feel happy and you can feel hopeless. You can worry and you can worship. You can be facing death, dealing with death, and still not be in total despair. Because God is still good.
There were moments in my youth, teenage years, early college days, and young adult life when I questioned my purpose because my journey did not look like everyone else’s. I experienced setbacks, disappointments, rejection, and seasons where I felt overlooked. At times, I wondered why certain battles seemed heavier
I did not wait to feel ready. I moved because God called. And every step since has been guided by His hand.
We were placed on this earth to be of service to others, but also to be served. It is a beautiful circle of life that will not be robbed of its opportunities to operate as it must.
Be brave with your voice. It can set so many souls free. Trust that you’re making a difference everyday.
When I truly met God, He did not meet me at the altar. He met me in a dark place, on my bathroom floor. This is how I know Jesus leaves the 99.
When you take the route God cultivated for you, it is a completely different story. Your journey to success carries lessons that prepare you for your next season, your next step, your next breakthrough.
SAVEDpreneur™ Spotlight
The vision God gave me was bigger than a career — it was about creating a space for healing, restoration, and transformation.
SAVEDpreneur™ Spotlight
I believe we are in a strategic season where there is a divine realignment between Africa and the diaspora. There is an emerging bridge of investment, collaboration, and influence being restored.

Faith and Word
I was just so excited for them. To hear voices I had never heard before. To see their zeal, their passion, the way they carried what God had given them. And sitting there, watching them, something settled in me too. Like, you are in the right place!
SAVEDpreneur™ Spotlight
I believe my God-given purpose is to help individuals, couples, and families build healthier relationships and marriages by addressing their challenges holistically — spiritually, emotionally, and legally.
SAVEDpreneur™ Spotlight
Success in the world is typically measured by how much money a person has, material possessions, power, prestige, and titles. All things that can be taken away. My success in the Kingdom is not tangible — therefore, no person can take it from me.
SAVEDpreneur™ Spotlight
God called me to build a sanctuary — not just a studio. A place where healing is accessible, where science and Scripture are not in conflict, and where my own community could experience whole-person wellness that had always existed somewhere else, for someone else.
SAVEDpreneur™ Spotlight
The world defines success by the accumulation of money, assets, and status. The Kingdom defines success by how you treat people and what is actually driving you on the inside.

SAVEDpreneur™ Spotlight
My vision is to destigmatize mental health in the church, to provide a safe space for women to reconnect with themselves, and to provide a safe space for employees to work and launch.
Faith and Word
Every month, the SAVEDpreneur™ community sets aside the first three days to fast, pray, and seek God before anything else. No content. No strategy. Just the Word.
SAVEDpreneur™ Spotlight
I had an epiphany in 2016. I saw everything in my life that had happened up to that point and all of what would come after. The reason for my life made sense in that moment, and it was a confirmation of a blessing from God.
