The SAVEDpreneur™ Spotlight: Chrystal Gammon, NP, Founder of RevIVe Concierge & Wellness
The vision God gave me was bigger than a career — it was about creating a space for healing, restoration, and transformation.
Chrystal Gammon, NP has spent her career at the intersection of medicine and ministry — and she will tell you they were never meant to be separate. As the founder of RevIVe Concierge & Wellness, PLLC, and the visionary behind her upcoming psychiatric practice, RevIVe Integrative Wellness, she is building healthcare spaces where people are treated not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Her calling is bigger than a career. It always has been. She does not just practice medicine — she answers a calling to heal people completely, in body, mind, and spirit.
Let's lean in.
Tell us who you are and what is your God-driven purpose?
I am Chrystal Gammon, NP — a medical professional, entrepreneur, wife, mother, and woman of faith. I have dedicated my life to serving others through healthcare while also building businesses that promote healing, wellness, and whole-person transformation.
As the founder of RevIVe Concierge & Wellness, PLLC, and the visionary behind my upcoming psychiatric practice, RevIVe Integrative Wellness, my work is centered on providing accessible, compassionate, and comprehensive care. Through my work, I merge clinical excellence with compassion, ensuring that every individual I encounter feels seen, valued, and cared for — not just physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Beyond my profession, I am a woman grounded in purpose. Everything I do is rooted in my calling to uplift, empower, and restore people to a place of wholeness.
What was your first encounter with God and how did you know you were saved?
That is a loaded question. I was raised in the church, so we went whether we wanted to or not. I was baptized at seven because it was expected — but if I am honest, I did not really have a relationship with God back then. I knew of Him, but I did not truly know Him for myself.
I stayed in church faithfully until I was about 25, when things started to shift. I became a single mother, and when I asked to have my son christened, I was told I needed to ask the church for forgiveness for having a child out of wedlock. That moment hurt me deeply. It did not just affect how I saw the church — it affected how I felt about God. I still showed up, but my heart was not in it anymore.
During that time, I prayed for a good father figure and a saved husband. I was tired — tired of choosing the wrong men and ending up in the same place. I had actually met my husband in 2011, but we did not start dating until 2013, when my son was eight years old. Looking back, I can see God’s timing in all of it. Even one of our first dates was at church. And for a while, my relationship with God started to feel real again.
But then life happened. After we had our daughter, I went through four miscarriages. And that broke me. I felt forgotten. I felt like God had forsaken me. Here I was — married, stable, doing what I thought was right — and still experiencing loss after loss, most of them after the three-month mark. I could not understand it. I wrestled with God. I questioned Him. I wondered why it seemed like others were being blessed in ways I was not.
But God met me right there in my pain.
He gave me a vision — RevIVe — something that was birthed in May 2023. And through that, I began to see that He had never left me. Even in my lowest moments, He was still working. As I chose to trust Him and walk in obedience, He began to restore not just my faith, but my joy, my purpose, and my perspective.
Today, I can say my relationship with God is not based on what I was taught as a child — it is built on what I have lived through. He has blessed my practice, my marriage, and my family in ways I could not have imagined. And now I know — I am saved not because everything in my life went the way I wanted, but because I have encountered God for myself in both the good and the hard seasons.
So when people ask how I know I am saved, I tell them this: I did not meet God in perfection. I met Him in my pain. What I thought would break me became the very thing God used to build me. I have seen Him show up in places pain said He would not — and that is something I can never deny.
Everything I went through was not just for me — it was preparation. It was purpose. And now I understand that my story is not just about survival. It is about impact — about reaching the people who need to know that God still restores, still speaks, and still shows up.
This is not the end of my story. It is just one chapter. Because what God is still writing through my life is bigger than anything I have shared today.
Many of us want to be successful. What does success mean to you?
Success, to me, is alignment — being in position with God’s will for my life while stewarding every role I have been given with excellence.
It is not just about achievements or titles, but about impact. Success means I am serving people through my work as a medical professional, leading in business with integrity, showing up for my family as a present wife and mother, and honoring God in everything I do.
If I can go to sleep knowing I made a difference in someone’s life and remained faithful in my assignment — that is success.
When God gave you a vision for your life and work, what did it look like? Are you working to fulfill it? How?
The vision God gave me was bigger than a career — it was about creating a space for healing, restoration, and transformation. I saw a future where healthcare was not just clinical, but holistic — where people could receive care that addressed their physical, emotional, and spiritual needs all in one place.
Yes, I am actively working to fulfill that vision. I do this by building businesses centered around wellness, expanding services that meet real needs, and showing up daily with intention. Every decision I make is guided by purpose, prayer, and a commitment to serve.
What does being a SAVEDpreneur™ mean to you? What is your kingdom assignment and how are you carrying out your assignment now?
Being a SAVEDpreneur™ means building with God at the center. It means understanding that my success is not just about what I achieve, but how I serve. It is about using my gifts, my knowledge, and my platform — through both RevIVe Concierge & Wellness and RevIVe Integrative Wellness — to make an impact that glorifies God.
It is purpose-driven entrepreneurship — where faith leads and everything else follows.
What did God call you to build, and how did you know? What steps did you take to be obedient? How quickly did it take you to answer the call?
God called me to build a platform rooted in healing and wholeness — one that goes beyond traditional medicine and touches every aspect of a person’s life. I knew it was God because the vision never left me. Even when it felt uncomfortable or stretched me beyond what I thought I could handle, it remained consistent and clear.
Obedience started with small steps — praying for direction, investing in myself, stepping out in faith, and taking action even when I did not have all the answers. I will not say I moved instantly. Like many people, I had moments of hesitation. But once I fully surrendered, I moved with urgency and intention, trusting that God would meet me in every step.
Where did obedience cost you something—money, time, identity, approval? And how did you handle the tension?
Obedience has cost me comfort, time, and at times, approval. There were seasons where I had to invest financially without immediate return, sacrifice personal time, and even outgrow environments and mindsets that no longer aligned with where God was taking me. The tension came from balancing who I was with who I was becoming.
I handled it through faith and discipline. I reminded myself that growth requires stretching, and that God does not call us to comfort — He calls us to purpose. I stayed grounded in prayer and kept moving forward, even when it was uncomfortable.
What upcoming projects are you working on that you want our readers to know about?
I am currently expanding my work in wellness and healthcare by developing more accessible, holistic services for individuals and families. This includes enhanced wellness programs, preventative care solutions, and initiatives that focus on total life transformation — not just treatment.
I am also stepping into a greater space of impact through speaking, mentorship, and creating platforms that empower others — especially women — to walk confidently in their purpose while prioritizing their health and well-being.
