Chef Linda Mnikathi believes God placed him in the kitchen on purpose. As a chef and food stylist, he is not just creating meals — he is creating a movement. His vision is to build Kingdom food sectors where upcoming culinary professionals are equipped, empowered, and given a clear path forward. He wants the generation after him to pick up what he started and run with it, arms wide open, and never let the ball drop. Chef Linda is unshakable. And he is just getting started.

Let's lean in.

Tell us who you are and what is your God-driven purpose?

I am a chef and food stylist by profession. God gave me this opportunity to make a difference in the food industry and to empower young upcoming chef professionals to see the significance of being a chef — and how to stay on top for longer with the same passion and dedication.

Who first introduced you to God and what was your salvation experience?

Mr. Allan Hlongwa introduced me to God, and it was an absolute pleasure to experience God’s presence and everlasting, unconditional love through salvation.

Many of us want to be successful. What does success mean to you?

Success means leaving my legacy behind. Where the generation after me taps into what I was doing and runs with it with both arms — and never lets the ball fall.

When God gave you a vision for your life and work, what did it look like? Are you working to fulfill it? How?

It looked scary and unreachable. And yes, I am working toward fulfilling it by trying to be a better me than I was yesterday. Learning does not stop.

What does being a SAVEDpreneur™ mean to you? What is your kingdom assignment and how are you carrying out your assignment now?

It means I am the entrepreneur who does things according to the Word of God. The Bible is my compass for all the assignments I am called to do.

What did God call you to build, and how did you know? What steps did you take to be obedient? How quickly did it take you to answer the call?

God has called me to build Kingdom food sectors and books where all children of God in the hospitality industry find that employment is not scarce. It did not take me long to respond to the calling — when God makes it clear, you move.

Where did obedience cost you something—money, time, identity, approval? And how did you handle the tension?

By remaining calm, focused, and confident. And more than anything else, by staying in the Word of God.

What upcoming projects are you working on that you want our readers to know about?

The best is yet to come such as I am resuming my classes for culinary experiences and hosting different types of events.

What is the best way for our readers to keep up with you?
