The SAVEDpreneur™ Spotlight: Esther Pauline, Founder of Single Season, Royal Assignment™

Vision, to me, is what God places in your heart about who you are becoming and what you are called to do. For me, it looks like growing with intention and using my life to uplift and impact others.

Esther Pauline has always known something was different about her. Before she ever had language for it, before she understood the prophetic gift she carries, before she left Kenya and built a life in the United States — God was already showing her what she was made for. She remembers a dream He gave her before she migrated: herself, leading a group of people through a forest. She did not fully understand it then. She does now. As the founder of Single Season, Royal Assignment™, Esther is building a community for women who are in a season of singleness and need to know it is not a waiting room — it is a training ground.

Let's lean in.

Tell us who you are and what is your God-driven purpose?

I am simply someone who wants to make a difference in people’s lives. God has given me a heart to guide, encourage, and help others grow into their purpose. Whether through conversation, leadership, or creating experiences, my goal is always the same — to uplift and empower.

What does it mean to be saved and how do you live a saved lifestyle?

Salvation means living a transformed life that portrays God’s transformative power. Being saved is not a one-time moment — it is a daily decision to reflect the change He has made in you.

What was your first encounter with God and what was your salvation experience?

My first encounter with God — I do not remember the exact moment. However, I knew from a young age that something was different about me.

What I do remember is a dream God showed me before I left Kenya to migrate to the United States. I remember it like it was yesterday — I saw myself leading a group of people through a forest. At the time, I did not fully understand what it meant. Now, as someone who walks in the prophetic gift, I believe that was my first encounter with God’s vision for my life.

Many of us want to be successful. What does success mean to you?

Success to me is taking life’s challenges and turning them into something meaningful — lessons that reflect resilience, growth, and integrity. It is not just about overcoming, but about becoming better through it and using those experiences to uplift and teach others. At the end of the day, I believe success is shared. It truly takes a village.

What does having “vision” mean to you? What is your vision?

Vision, to me, is what God places in your heart about who you are becoming and what you are called to do. For me, it looks like growing with intention and using my life to uplift and impact others.

What does being a SAVEDpreneur™ mean to you? What is your kingdom assignment and how are you carrying out your assignment now?

Being a SAVEDpreneur™ means an entrepreneur who serves God in the marketplace while living out my God-given talents. My Kingdom assignment is encouraging women in their single season to remain encouraged and become who they want to see in others.

Leading women through Single Season, Royal Assignment™ is something I am currently building and actively creating content for. This is a space that is still taking shape — and I am building it in real time, with faith and intention.

What did God call you to build, and how did you know? What steps did you take to be obedient? How quickly did it take you to answer the call?

God called me to build a community to help women in their singleness — a space called Single Season, Royal Assignment™. Being called to lead women was not an immediate yes for me, to be honest. I struggled with it because I did not always feel like I was walking in full obedience. But I gathered enough strength through the encouragement of mentors and community (including Maleeka Hollaway and the Savedpreneur™ Community) , and I hosted my very first Zoom event launching Single Season, Royal Assignment™.

The call is an ongoing process. I am still answering it. And I am building as I go.

Where did obedience cost you something—money, time, identity, approval? And how did you handle the tension?

Obedience has cost me money, time, and the loss of friendships. There was also a season of isolation with God — one that was necessary to develop the woman and leader I need to be for this assignment.

The tension for me is that what I believe God has called me to does not yet fully exist. As I build this community, rooted in my book Called To A Visionary, I see the gaps in my own life — the difference between knowing what I am called to, walking in that space without proper guidance, and safeguarding the vulnerability that comes with it. I handle that tension by staying connected to individuals and communities that align with my vision, and by praying. A lot. This is a space I am continually growing in and through.

What upcoming projects are you working on that you want our readers to know about?
