The SAVEDpreneur™ Spotlight: Tracie Davis, CEO of WMSDA Enterprises

My Kingdom assignment is to help women stop dimming their light. I teach them not to shrink — to be bold and beautiful, to leave marks in their homes, workplaces, and communities that can’t be erased.

The SAVEDpreneur™ Spotlight: Tracie Davis, CEO of WMSDA Enterprises

Tracie Davis has one mission: to teach women to create, market, and monetize their minds. As the CEO of WMSDA Enterprises and the founder of My Success Zone, she has spent years helping women step out of the shadows of self-doubt and into the fullness of their God-given gifts. From launching a church with her husband to building a platform that equips women with both faith and financial freedom, Tracie is proof that Kingdom success and bold living were always meant to go together.

Let's lean in.

Tell us who you are and what is your God-driven purpose?

My name is Tracie Davis and I teach women to create, market, and monetize their minds. I have a gift of helping women shine with the gifts they have and also to live financially free.

Who first introduced you to God and what was your salvation experience?

I was 14 years old when I became saved. I was attending Vacation Bible School and I will never forget that our teacher let us hear Little Richard Penniman’s testimony.

It moved me to the point of repentance. When the appeal to “be saved” was made, I officially accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior. Yes, I had grown up in church and I had already been baptized at the age of 8, but it wasn’t until that night that I was absolutely serious and sure of my salvation.

Success in the Kingdom looks different from the success of the world. How do you explain the difference?

I believe that success in the world is often measured by things, no matter the cost. What I mean by cost is peace, relationships, health — whatever. Some won’t stop until they have achieved what they believe, and are often taught, is success.

Success in the Kingdom is what I call good success. This is where you live a life that is purpose-driven and God-led, and where you are able to achieve your dreams without sacrificing your family, your health, or your peace.

We are taught in Matthew 6:33 to seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all the “other” things will be added to us. I believe that is true success. Nothing missing and nothing broken.

So the difference to me is this: worldly success is self-led, and Kingdom success is God-led.

If you could partner with anyone to fulfill your vision, who would you work with and why?

If I could partner with Michelle Obama, I would be honored because of her focus on helping young people. In particular, I have a strong desire to help young women before they get into the habit of shrinking.

I have a dream of starting chapters of my organization all over the nation so that I can share my faith and my business acumen with women. These chapters would then adopt young women to make sure that our ideals are shared throughout their communities.

Mrs. Obama’s backing would give the credibility, the wisdom, and the attention we need for the movement.

What does being a SAVEDpreneur™ mean to you? What is your kingdom assignment and how are you carrying out your assignment now?

A SAVEDpreneur™ means a marketplace minister to me. It means conquering whatever sector you’ve been assigned to and showing up boldly with excellence.

My Kingdom assignment is to help women stop dimming their light. I teach them not to shrink — to be bold and beautiful, to leave marks in their homes, workplaces, and communities that can’t be erased. I help them become more confident and bold in their callings. I help them create life-changing income so they always have the freedom to be, do, and have what they desire.

I do this through my books, courses, conferences, and private coaching.

What did God call you to build, and how did you know? What steps did you take to be obedient? How quickly did it take you to answer the call?

In 2000, God called my husband and me to build a church to demonstrate His unconditional love. It was not something we aspired to do, but the assignment was undeniable.

I know the voice of God, and once it bore witness with my husband, we obeyed and there was no turning back.

We sought counsel, did the necessary research, and started a Bible study and a radio ministry. After a few months, we launched the actual church.

Where did obedience cost you something—money, time, identity, approval? And how did you handle the tension?

There are several times my obedience has cost me something, but relationships stand out the most. Obeying my call into ministry was misunderstood and not supported the way I would have liked. But what I lost, God replaced. So honestly, it all worked out for my good.

What upcoming projects are you working on that you want our readers to know about?

I am planning an outreach project this fall where I allow homeless and low-income women to come “shop” in a pop-up shop where they can get gently used or new items for free. It’s called “Blessed to Be a Blessing.”

I am also releasing a new book this fall.

What is the best way for our readers to keep up with you?
