Kenitra Mason is a builder of builders — and she will be the first to tell you she grieved first, healed first, and built first. As the founder of the Graced For This Community and creator of the 7 Day Reset, she meets anointed women at their lowest places and walks them through the process of becoming who God always intended them to be. Her message is not theoretical. It is lived, public, and hard-won. And her invitation to every woman she encounters is the same: you too are Graced for this.

Let's lean in.

Tell us who you are and what makes your God-given purpose different from others?

I am a builder of builders. I have the pleasure of encountering anointed women at their lowest places and making their invitation to what’s next a bearable process to commit to. Not only do I get to live it first, I have walked it publicly. I get to serve them with access to my journey and be fully present to walk with them in theirs. I grieved first, healed first, and built first. I am elated to reach back and help them see they too are Graced for this.

What was your first encounter with God and how did you know you were saved?

The encounter that resonates the most was December 2021. Newly introduced to widowhood and trying to be everywhere at the same time, I was between a call, two face-to-face events in my hometown, and a virtual stream.

As believers, we sometimes sacrifice fellowship and support out of a misplaced sense of loyalty or delayed obedience.

I heard God say, “You need to be concerned about where I want you to be. Choose alignment over allegiance.”

It changed me forever. It changed my yes forever. I became crystal clear that my time was not my own. Every place where I would show up moving forward would be because it aligned with God’s purpose for me and His instruction to me.

Many of us want to be successful. What does success mean to you?

Success for me is measured by how quickly I properly execute on the assignment God gives me. I love a good reset! I measure success from day to day rather than by a singular event. Events come and go. But clarity and obedience experienced from day to day is truly the win. Daily obedience adds up to fulfillment that is measured internally. Hearing a “well done” from the One who sent me carries more weight than life itself.

What does having “vision” mean to you? What is your vision?

Vision is the power to create something that is presently absent. It is forecasting waiting to be infused with life. My vision is to see Kingdom builders walking in full clarity of their identity and executing their God-given assignment in perfect alignment with God — and not man. Any man. My vision is to see us choose alignment over allegiance at every opportunity, invitation, and decision. My vision is to see us functioning in our gifts, on our mountain, dominating systems.

What does being a SAVEDpreneur™ mean to you? What is your kingdom assignment and how are you carrying out your assignment now?

Being a SAVEDpreneur™ means I am about this business and I am not compromising — not in my faith, my call, or my systems. It means that I am building fully aware of how systems work, using those systems to benefit Kingdom work, and operating as a conduit instead of a pool. My assignment is to create safe spaces where people can have vulnerable and honest conversations and become the next best versions of themselves. You can find me at speaking engagements, in my corporate work, on my YouTube channel, or in the Graced For This Community.

What did God call you to build, and how did you know? What steps did you take to be obedient? How quickly did it take you to answer the call?

He called me to build people — not just any person, but fellow co-laborers also called to grieve, heal, and build. The steps actually aligned with my book and framework. I grieved and rested first. I then learned to ask for help and identify the new community God had for the new version of me. Lastly, I chose to allow the evolution and embrace grace.

I answered almost immediately. For the most part, I did not resist. My challenge has been keeping up with each call upward because I have not had the luxury of stabilizing at any one level. Apparently I am on the accelerated track.

Where did obedience cost you something—money, time, identity, approval? And how did you handle the tension?

It cost me ignorance — I am no longer uninformed. I can no longer say I didn’t know. I have learned so much firsthand.

Money and mediocrity have both moved away from me. Money, because I have had to invest in myself and show up fully. Mediocrity, because I cannot function below the standard that God is holding me to. I will throw in comfort as a bonus — that had to go too.

The tension and overwhelm have been managed through journaling with the Lord and reaching out to my community, vulnerably saying, “I am overwhelmed, I need help,” and being met with love and wisdom in return. Community is everything to me.

What upcoming projects are you working on that you want our readers to know about?

The 7 Day Reset is the one to watch. Our community has been using the model each month. As people created in His image, we are naturally creative — and the challenge is managing that creativity so we can actually produce. The 7 Day Reset helps you unclutter your mind, clarify your next steps, and execute with excellence.

What is the best way for our readers to keep up with you?
