The SAVEDpreneur™ Spotlight: Keisha "Kay Cole" Robinson, Founder of Kay Cole Enterprises
I believe that by faithfully carrying out my Kingdom assignment, I can make a meaningful difference in the lives of others and help bring about positive change in the world around me.
Keisha Robinson — known as Kay Cole — is not building one thing. She is building an ecosystem. As a Business Operations Strategist, marketplace minister, mentor, and visionary founder, she has created a collection of brands and communities that all point toward the same mission: helping people walk in truth, lead with integrity, and live the life God designed for them. Her story begins with a small green Bible found under a bed — and it has been unfolding ever since.
Let's lean in.
Tell us who you are and what is your God-driven purpose?
My name is Keisha Robinson, also known as Kay Cole, and I am an entrepreneur, marketplace minister, mentor, and visionary builder. I have always believed that purpose doesn’t live in just one lane. For me, faith, business, leadership, and community are all interconnected, and my work exists at the intersection of those spaces.
My God-driven purpose is to help people — especially women — heal, rebuild, and rise into who God created them to be, spiritually and strategically. I believe transformation happens when faith meets practical wisdom, and that belief has shaped the ecosystem of brands and communities I’ve built.
I am the founder of Kay Cole Enterprises, a business operations firm focused on helping entrepreneurs and organizations strengthen their infrastructure, leadership, and client experience. Alongside that work, I lead several faith-centered initiatives including RestorHER Collective, a mentorship community designed to support women in their personal, spiritual, and professional growth.
I founded Living Scripture: It’s In The Book, a Bible study community that helps people develop a deeper understanding of scripture and a genuine relationship with God. In addition, I created Kingdom Unscripted, a faith-based conversation game experience that encourages authentic dialogue about faith and everyday life.
At my core, I am a builder. I build communities, platforms, and conversations that help people grow both spiritually and professionally.
My calling is to bridge the gap between ministry and the marketplace, reminding people that their faith doesn’t have to be separated from their leadership, their business, or their purpose.
Everything I create ultimately points back to the same mission: helping people walk in truth, lead with integrity, and live the life God designed for them.
What was your first encounter with God and how did you know you were saved?
My initial encounter with God occurred when I was about 18 years old. Following years of enduring sexual abuse, I stumbled upon a small green Gideon Bible under my bed after my last traumatic experience. Unsure of its origin, I decided to start reading it. Coming from a non-Christian upbringing, I had little knowledge about God or the Bible. As I read, I found myself speaking aloud, questioning whether God truly existed. I made a heartfelt plea — expressing that if God were real and could remove me from my toxic environment, I would be eternally grateful.
Remarkably, within two years, God answered my prayer and delivered me from that harmful situation. I never looked back. I discovered my church community, where my spiritual father spoke prophetic words over my life that revealed intimate details known only to myself and God. It was in that moment of divine connection that I wholeheartedly surrendered my life and committed to serving God.
Success doesn’t happen overnight. What has been your process to see success in your life?
The journey to success in my life has been one filled with ups and downs, challenges, and triumphs. It all began with a deep inner resolve to overcome adversity and pursue my dreams with unwavering determination. I’ve had to cultivate resilience, embrace failure as a stepping stone to growth, and continuously strive for improvement.
One of the key factors in my success has been keeping God first and setting clear goals while staying focused on them, even when faced with obstacles. I’ve learned to adapt to change, pivot when necessary, and never lose sight of my vision.
Equally important has been surrounding myself with a supportive network of mentors, peers, and loved ones who have believed in me and encouraged me to keep pushing forward, even when the going got tough.
Above all, I attribute my success to my faith and trust in God’s plan for my life. Through prayer, perseverance, and a deep sense of purpose, I’ve been able to overcome challenges, seize opportunities, and ultimately achieve my goals.
Success is not just about reaching a destination but also about the journey itself — the growth, the lessons learned, and the impact made along the way. And as I continue to strive for excellence in all areas of my life, I’m grateful for the opportunity to inspire others to pursue their own dreams and live their best lives.
What does having “vision” mean to you? What is your vision?
Having vision to me means having a clear sense of purpose and direction for the future. It’s about seeing beyond the present circumstances and envisioning the possibilities that lie ahead. A vision serves as a guiding light, inspiring us to set goals, make decisions, and take actions that align with our long-term aspirations.
My vision is rooted in my desire to make a positive impact on the world around me. It encompasses my personal and professional goals, as well as my values and beliefs. At its core, my vision is about creating a life of meaning, fulfillment, and contribution.
In my work, my vision is to empower and uplift others, whether it’s through mentorship, coaching, or creating transformative resources. I envision a world where individuals are empowered to overcome challenges, discover their potential, and live their best lives.
Ultimately, my vision is to leave a legacy of inspiration and empowerment, where my actions and contributions continue to ripple outward, making a lasting difference in the lives of others and in the world as a whole.

Where did obedience cost you something—money, time, identity, approval? And how did you handle the tension?
One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned about obedience is that it almost always costs something. For me, obedience has cost money, time, comfort, and sometimes even people’s approval. There have been moments when God asked me to step away from opportunities that looked good on paper but were not aligned with what He was calling me to build. That tension can be real, especially when you’re responsible for a family, businesses, and people who depend on you.
There have been seasons where obedience meant investing resources into something God placed on my heart before it made financial sense. I’ve also had to let go of certain identities and expectations that others had for me in order to fully walk in the assignments God entrusted to me.
When you choose obedience, you quickly learn that everyone won’t understand your decisions, and sometimes you have to be comfortable being misunderstood.
The way I handled that tension was by learning to value alignment over approval. I had to trust that if God gave the vision, He would also sustain it. Obedience taught me that peace doesn’t come from everyone agreeing with you — it comes from knowing you honored what God asked of you. And every time I chose obedience, even when it stretched me, God proved Himself faithful in ways that reminded me why the sacrifice was worth it.
Today, I see obedience not as loss, but as investment. What it costs you in the moment often becomes the very thing that prepares you for the impact you’re called to make.
Give us one power sentence we can use to quote you.
“You can build a successful life and still lose your soul. My work is about helping people win in both faith and purpose.”
What upcoming projects are you working on that you want our readers to know about?
I’m currently building initiatives that reflect my passion for bridging faith, leadership, and real life. One of the projects I’m most excited about is Today with Kay, which premieres in April 2026. Every Friday at 12 PM EST, I’ll be going live to have honest, unfiltered conversations about faith, purpose, leadership, and what it truly looks like to follow God in the middle of everyday life. It’s designed to be a space where people can pause, reflect, and receive truth that challenges, restores, and strengthens them.
Another project close to my heart is our Quarterly Prayer, Praise & Pancakes Women’s Prayer Breakfast. What began as a simple vision to gather women for prayer has quickly grown into a powerful space where women come together to worship, connect, and encounter God in a real and meaningful way. It’s not about performance or perfection — it’s about relationship and creating room for God to move.
Alongside those gatherings, I continue to expand the work happening through RestorHER Collective, our mentorship community for women seeking spiritual and personal growth, as well as It’s In The Book, a Bible study experience focused on helping people fall in love with God’s Word and develop a deeper understanding of scripture.
Ultimately, everything I’m building right now centers around one mission: creating spaces where people can encounter God, grow in truth, and walk confidently in the purpose He placed on their lives.
What is the best way for our readers to keep up with you?
