Cindy Jean knows what it feels like to chase accolades instead of alignment — and she knows what it feels like to let God redirect you toward something better. A finance professional by trade and a faith-driven leader at heart, she has spent more than a decade creating spaces for women to gather, grow, and encounter God — from leading groups within church communities to founding a fitness community, an art-based healing group called How Great Thou Art, and now Maison Royale Society, a curated women’s community centered on faith, personal growth, and intentional experiences in Charlotte. Cindy builds from one simple truth: no one else can walk in the purpose God designed for you.

Tell us who you are and what makes your God-given purpose different from others?
My name is Cindy Jean, and I’m a woman of faith who is passionate about using my voice, experiences, and leadership to uplift others. Professionally, I come from a background in finance and compliance, but beyond my career, I believe my God-given purpose is to empower people — especially women and young professionals — to walk boldly in their purpose and not shrink their voice.
What makes my purpose unique is the intersection of faith, leadership, and real-life transformation. I have walked through seasons where fear, doubt, and silence tried to limit me, but God has been teaching me to activate my voice and step into the spaces He has prepared for me. Whether through speaking, mentoring, community involvement, or future projects like writing and financial education, my mission is to encourage others to believe that their story matters and that God can use every part of their journey.
I believe my calling is not just about personal success, but about creating impact — helping people recognize their value, develop confidence, and walk in alignment with the purpose God placed inside them.
Who first introduced you to God and what was your salvation experience?
I was introduced to God early in life through my family and the church, but my relationship with Him became personal as I grew older and began to seek Him for myself. Over time, through different seasons of life — both joyful and challenging — I began to recognize God’s presence guiding me, correcting me, and drawing me closer to Him.
My salvation experience wasn’t just a single moment but a journey of understanding grace and surrender. As I grew in faith, I came to truly accept Jesus Christ as my Lord and Savior and committed my life to walking in alignment with His will. Since then, my faith has continued to deepen through prayer, church community, and trusting God even in uncertain seasons.

Many of us want to be successful. What does success mean to you?
Success to me means living a life that is aligned with God’s purpose and using the gifts He has given me to make a meaningful impact on others. While the world often defines success by titles, money, or recognition, I believe true success is walking in obedience to God, growing in character, and serving others with humility and love.
For me, success is not just about personal achievement but about influence — helping others recognize their value, build confidence, and step into the purpose God has placed in their lives. When my work, leadership, and voice can encourage someone else to grow in faith or pursue their calling, that is what I consider true success.
Ultimately, success is knowing that the life I am building honors God and positively impacts the people He places in my path.
What does having “vision” mean to you? What is your vision?
Having vision means seeing beyond where you currently are and trusting the direction God is leading you, even when the full picture is not yet clear. To me, vision is the ability to believe in what God has placed in your heart and to move forward in faith, discipline, and obedience while allowing Him to guide each step.
My vision is to use my voice, leadership, and experiences to uplift and empower others — especially women and young professionals — to recognize their value and walk confidently in their God-given purpose. Through speaking, mentoring, community involvement, and future projects, I want to create spaces where people feel encouraged to grow spiritually, personally, and professionally.
I believe vision is not just about what we accomplish for ourselves, but about the impact we create for others. My goal is to build a life and platform that reflects faith, purpose, and service while inspiring others to pursue the calling God has placed on their lives.
What does being a SAVEDpreneur™ mean to you? What is your kingdom assignment and how are you carrying out your assignment now?
Being a SAVEDpreneur™ to me means allowing my faith to guide how I lead, serve, and build. It means recognizing that the gifts, opportunities, and influence God has given me are not just for personal success, but to advance His Kingdom and impact the lives of others.
I believe my Kingdom assignment is to encourage and empower women to recognize their worth, walk in confidence, and step into the purpose God placed inside of them.
Over the past decade, that assignment has expressed itself consistently through the church and through community. I have led and facilitated various women’s groups within church communities, and I have created spaces including a fitness community, an art-based healing group called How Great Thou Art, and various social and event-based gatherings. Creating spaces for connection, growth, and fellowship has been a thread woven throughout my entire journey.
Now, that assignment is taking a new form through Maison Royale Society, a curated women’s community centered on faith, personal growth, and intentional experiences in Charlotte. We also host select co-ed experiences. Through this and through speaking, mentorship, and community involvement, I aim to use my voice and experiences to uplift others and remind them that their story, their gifts, and their calling all have purpose in God’s plan.
What did God call you to build, and how did you know? What steps did you take to be obedient? How quickly did it take you to answer the call?
I believe God called me to speak to and uplift women. As I grew deeper in my faith, I began to feel a strong conviction that my voice and experiences were meant to encourage other women to recognize their worth and walk confidently in their purpose.
That conviction has shown up in many forms over the years — leading women’s groups within church communities, building a fitness community, creating an art-based healing group called How Great Thou Art, and organizing events and celebrations that bring people together. Each of those spaces was an act of obedience, even when I didn’t have a full roadmap.
Answering the call didn’t happen overnight, but once I recognized what God was placing on my heart, I began taking steps of faith. Now that work is growing into something new with the launch of Maison Royale Society — a curated women’s community where faith, personal growth, and intentional experience meet.
Where did obedience cost you something—money, time, identity, approval? And how did you handle the tension?
Obedience cost me both time and money because for a season I was pursuing law school, believing that path would bring success and recognition. In hindsight, I realize I was chasing accolades more than alignment with what God was truly calling me to do.
As I grew closer to Christ and spent more time in prayer and reflection, I began to sense that my purpose was not in that space. Instead, God began to reveal a deeper calling for me to help others grow — particularly in areas of personal, career, and purpose development.
Letting go of the path I had planned required humility and trust, but I handled that tension by leaning more into my faith and allowing God to redirect my steps. In doing so, I found greater peace and clarity about the work I am truly called to do.
What upcoming projects are you working on that you want our readers to know about?
I’m currently launching Maison Royale Society, a curated women’s community centered on faith, personal growth, and intentional experiences in Charlotte. We also host select co-ed experiences. This community is designed for women who are ready to grow in purpose, deepen their faith, and build meaningful connections in an intentional environment.
I am also working on a children’s book focused on helping young readers understand and manage anxiety in a healthy way — teaching calming tools, emotional awareness, and confidence so children can navigate their feelings with courage and peace.
